WATER PROOFING

PAINTING

• Internal walls will be finished with putty, primer with tractor emulsion, enamel paint for doors, and grills. External wall with apex emulsion.

KITCHEN

• Granite cooking platform top with rectangular stainless steel sink with wall dado upto 2'0 Heights from the Platform area using 12"*18" tiles.

ANTI TERMITE

• Anti termile termite treatment will be performed in three various stages during construction of building.
