• RCC-framed structure with RC foundation confirming BIS compliance.
• Anti-termite treatment for long-lasting quality.
• The outer wall is 9 inches thick, and the internal partition wall is 4 inches thick, both constructed using red brick with cement plastering
• Main Door : Teak wood frame with a teak veneered shutter, finished with melamine polish on both sides and equipped with secure locks.
• Bedroom : Solid finger-jointed rubberwood frame with laminated flush doors on both sides.
• Windows: UPVC windows with MS grills, designed in alignment with the architect's specifications.
