SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURE

• Structural System : RCC Framed structure designed for seismic compliant(Zone_ class III).
• Masonry : 200mm for external walls & 100mm for internal walls.
• Floor-Floor height (incl. slab) Type A : Will be maintained at 3250mm.
• Floor-Floor height (incl. slab) Type B & C : Will be maintained at 3050mm.
• ATT : Anti–termite treatment will be done.

WALL FINISH

• Internal walls : Finished with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat of primer & 2 coats of Premium emulsion.

• Bathroom – Type B and C : Vitrified wall tile of size 600mm x 1200mm for a height of 2100mm above wall tile will be finished with a coat of primer.
